How to write blog free of cost ?

There are too many people who wants to write a blog or make blogging a full time career. But without the knowledge of coding they can't do that. Actually the main problem is that they don't get the right platform for blogging. In the absence of right platform, some people, buy services online which are very costly. And then if they don't get enough time for blogging then buying services is totally waste. 

Now the question arises, what to do, should we drop the idea of blogging? The answer is No. Now we have a platform for blogging where we don't need coding skills to write blog. The main thing we have to do is to make an account on Blogger.com using our email.

1. What is blogger ?

Blogger is a blog publishing service that allows users to post blogs free of cost without any coding. Yes, you read right to use blogger there is no need to learn coding. It was developed by Pura labs and bought by Google in 2003. The blogs are hosted by Google and you will get a free subdomain of (. blogspot.com). But you can still buy a custom domain and add it in your blogger account.

2. How to make an account on blogger ?

It is very simple to make an account on blogger. The main thing you need is a Gmail account. Blogger is available on both mobile and desktop, but in my opinion you should use a computer/laptop as in mobile phone writing a big blog is very difficult but still it is your choice.

Now, steps to create blogger account :-

1. First of all go to your browser and search Blogger.
   
   The first website, now appear is of blogger. Open the page and creat your account.
2. Make account on blogger 
   
   Click on create your blog, as you are a new user.
3. Now sign in in your Google account
   
   Now enter your Gmail account and password to login. Feel free to enter Gmail account and password as the webpage is of Google.
4. Now select a name for your blog
   
   You can choose any name for your blog.
5. Now choose the displaying name which will be displayed to the users who read your blog
   
   
   
6. Now choose the subdomain for your blog.
   
   You can choose any subdomain for your blog but the condition is it should not be used by anyone.
7. Now, you setup everything, just save the subdomain and start blogging. After saving the subdomain this type of page will appears.
   
   Now click on (+) button to write your blog.
8. After clicking (+) button you will get a page like this-
   
   Here you can choose a title and write blog. You can also add labels to your blog.
9. You can also choose theme and can change layout-
   
   
   
10. To change theme just click on themes-
    
    There are too many themes, you can choose any one. All the themes are free of cost provided by blooger. You can still buy a custom theme and add it in blogger. But I suggest you to not buy a theme. First write blog using any theme. When you have a habit of writing blog then buy a custom theme.
11. To change layout click on layout-
    
    
    
12. For earning you can go to the earning section where you will get an AdSense option. Simply create an AdSense account. After some time if your blog is approved you will get ads on your blogger-
    
    
    
13. Now you have all done. Your blog is ready. Write blog and share your blog with friends on social media and other to have an initial traffic.

3. Now the question arise - Is my blog appear in Google search results ?

The answer is No. Your blog will not not appear in Google search results till you add your domain property to Google search console. To add your domain property to Google search console go to your blogger account>go to settings > there you will find an option of Google search console. Click on it, you will be redirected to Google search console page. Enter your domain property ( https://_____.blogspot.com in blank fill your subdomain ). Click enter. Now you all done. After some time you will get an email if your blog is indexed. But don't forget to write blog continuously to index the blog fast.

4. At last the question arises - Should we buy a custom domain and a custom theme ?

In my opinion, you should not buy any custom domain and theme till you are not sure that you can give enough time to blogging or you can write interesting blog and attract viewer. If you fail in attracting views the your money will be waste. So I suggest you to use the subdomain and default theme come with blogger account in initial days. After some time, when you see a traffic on your blog then buy a custom domain and a custom theme.
